Shipping Policy

We want your piece to arrive safely and on time. Here's how shipping works at Cat V. Atelier.
1. Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time — estimated timelines will be shared with you during the design process.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:

Free standard shipping on orders over $500.
4. Carriers
We ship via UPS and FedEx, selecting the best carrier for each order based on package value and destination. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
5. High-Value Orders
For fine jewelry orders of $500 or more, we require a signature on delivery, and we may select a carrier service with additional declared-value coverage to make sure your piece is protected in transit.
6. Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped, but we're happy to help track down a delayed shipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@catvatelier.com with your order number within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund underway — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
